Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are acquiring an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. At checkout, we may collect either no payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You have the option to cancel a partially or fully paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. However, if the order has been fulfilled, a refund will only be processed if the item is returned in an unworn and undamaged condition. Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges at this time, given the limited quantity of our products, most of which are made to order.
