Domestic Shipping

Processing times

• Windbreakers: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
• Made-to-order / in-house items: Some items may take 7–10 business days to process due to production time.

 

Please note: orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. During high volume periods or if we are awaiting supplies to complete an order, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@wavecavepro.com with your order number to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
